I miss the version of me that felt closest to Allah. Ya Allah, soften my heart, strengthen my iman, guide me back to You, and never let me become too distant from You again 🤍🤲🏻

Some of us don’t need more information. We need to actually act on what we already know.

I believe one of the secrets to a peaceful life is learning to trust Allah in every situation.

When you truly believe that nothing is beyond Allah's control, you learn to surrender to His will, even when life doesn't go as planned.

Faith doesn't mean we won't experience sadness, anxiety, or disappointment. Rather, faith can give us a sense of hope, meaning, and reassurance through life's uncertainties.

And I believe there's something powerful about having a heart that trusts Allah and a mind that isn't constantly fighting what it cannot control.
After all, while we cannot control every situation we encounter, we can learn to respond to life's challenges with patience, acceptance, and tawakkul.
Perhaps inner peace begins when we stop trying to control everything and learn to trust the One who controls all things. 🤍

What do you think?
How does faith influence your emotional well-being and your response to life's uncertainties?

I'm not the best but I'm doing my best and I'll do my best insha'Allah

We all have different strengths and weaknesses and no one is better than the other, we just different from each other, as Allah SWT created us with different fingerprints for reasons He SWT only knows the depths of it, subhanAllah!

May Allah SWT purify our characters, bless our efforts and take us back to Him in the best of health and eman ameen.

💙 الحمدلله
Astaghfiru'Allah 🤍 📿

She’s officially in her, “whatever is meant for me, will always cross seven heavens, my fears, my doubts & find me” era.

So, sleeps better at night.

Some days, you’ll feel proud of how far you’ve come.

Other days, you’ll question your progress and wonder if you’re capable of more. Don’t let those uncertain moments erase the effort you’ve made or the things you’ve already overcome. You’re allowed to struggle, make mistakes and still be someone worth counting on. One difficult day doesn’t get to decide what you’re capable of becoming. You don’t need every answer before taking the next step. Give yourself room to learn, the patience to begin again and credit for trying when it feels difficult. Remember how many things once felt unfamiliar until you learned your way through them. You can be nervous about what comes next and still give yourself a chance to try.

Some plans may change and some things may take longer than you hoped. When that happens, take a moment to understand what you need instead of immediately deciding you aren’t good enough. Ask for help, adjust your approach or rest before you continue. There’s room for all of that while you work toward something that matters to you. Keep showing up for yourself in small, honest ways. Take your goals seriously and notice the progress that’s easy to overlook. You deserve the same encouragement you so freely give to others, especially while you’re still figuring things out.🧡

Dr. Asif Hasan is a prominent British-Pakistani pediatric cardiac surgeon who was recently honored with the prestigious 2026 Pride of Britain Lifetime Achievement Award.

Here are the verified details concerning his career:
• Surgical Records: Over his 30-year tenure as the head of Paediatric Cardiac Surgery at Newcastle's Freeman Hospital, Mr. Hasan performed more than 4,000 open-heart surgeries (acting as the lead surgeon on approximately 3,000) and conducted around 400 pediatric heart transplants.

• High-Risk Cases: He earned a legendary reputation across the UK for taking on the country's most complex, bleak, and critically ill children—many of whom had been turned away by other medical units because they were deemed too high-risk.

• Medical Legacy: Beyond performing operations, he co-led Newcastle's "bridge to transplant" program using mechanical heart pumps (like the Berlin Heart) and pioneered the "bootlace closure" technique, allowing smaller children to safely receive larger donor hearts that otherwise wouldn't fit.

In a recent conversation with someone on this app the issue of cultural difference came up.
each time someone says they are proud of their culture, i fail to understand their reason, it is not something they willingly and knowingly chose to be born in, its something purely accidental.
As Zizek puts it "when we reflect upon our ethnic roots, we engage in a private use of reason, constrained by contingent dogmatic presuppositions, i.e., we act as "immature" individuals, not as free human beings who dwell in the dimension of the universality of reason"
on the other hand in a perfect world we should be able to erase our culture and make our own values, i suppose in present day scenario we are nudged towards that goal, but it gives rise to another problem, sure we understand the critique of predetermined values of a culture/society, which might not be best suited for us and we put no efforts in its formation. but if we leave those values behind are we able to form our own? or we are just another person who leaves behind something partly working in the hope of making something better and eventually end up with something totally broken.
and where do we end up? a dark gloomy desolate place where we left the bus behind, for it was slow, crowded and an aging mode of transportation, but the new flying ship we want to build, we lack the know how to make one and all we have is its bits and pieces scattered all over the floor and we abandoned in a wilderness of uncertainties, and the solution we choose? we abandon the flying machine and perhaps build a hovercraft if it is left unfinished we can always try teleportation devices, always in the process of making one...never finishing any. do we live in an age where an identity only exists as an unfulfilled project? as Nietzsche had claimed, one cannot be Mensch without at least struggling to become Ubermensch!!

AI can produce answers in questions. But knowing which questions to ask is a different skill.

I think the people will flourish that are full of curiousity. That dont just memorize knowledge but actually know how to question set out assumptions. Even their own.

Also if you are broadly specialised, see through different fields of knowledge. Health/science. Law. Psychology. Economy. Means having broader analyzing skills= more well thought solution to a problem. The market will always value efficiency.

And last but not least, being human. Social connection. Customers/clients would prefer human interaction on a deeper level, than just the basic.

AI is absolutely welcome! Will only differentiate between the 'followers' vs. 'leaders', human vs. inhuman. Kind off makes life easier on a deeper level...

1 How is your relationship with your siblings?

2 On a scale of 0/10 to 10/10 where would that be?

3 Why?
4 Could it be better?
5 How?

Mine:
1 Not happy
2 4/10
3 Because of different life experiences without the (necessary new) tools to gap the bridge.
4 Yes, definitely.
5 Voicing the status quo. Taking the lead to develop those tools even if it means crossing an arduous desert. Taking responsibility. Doing one's best to cross the bridge even if it means standing alone, or rejection. Trusting Allah's qadha and qadar.
Nothing improved or good comes without effort.
If it does, be grateful. The Almighty can solve it in a split second while we are at it.

May you always be surrounded with siblings, in blood or in faith, who love, support, understand and elevate your best self.

Insha'Allah
🤲🤲🤲
