Can you love someone and still know they're not right for you?

Alhamdulillah, morning walks while picking flowers on the street.
"All praise is due to Allah who has made this day full of health/wellbeing and brought the sun from its place of rising. Ya Allah, grant me goodness today and protect me from the evil of today. Ya Allah, illuminate my heart with the light of Your guidance as You illuminate the earth with the light of Your sun forever, with Your mercy, The Most Merciful of the merciful."

When you walk past another person, you look at them. They look back, or they don't. There's that little moment in between.
Some people seem to make a quick assessment: What is acceptable here? If I make eye contact, she might think I'm interested. Or it might become awkward. Better just look away. Yes, look at the ground. Perfect. 😆
Then you have the people who simply smile at you like a friendly neighbour. You smile back, and that's it. It's almost like saying, Oh, you're taking the same walk. Yeah, I understand why. And you both continue on your way.😌
And then you have the people walking past someone with a dog, where your entire internal monologue becomes: Oh, I hope this dog isn't going to bite me. It isn't going to bite me. It is NOT going to bite me. Okay, just walk past it. Keep walking. Don't do anything suspicious. Just act normal.😏
And what I've learned.
Not everything has to have a meaning. Sometimes you just talk to people, you meet people, and you have a good day or a good moment. You say good morning, have a good conversation, share a smile, and that's it.
We don't have to romanticize life so much. Not everything needs a special story. Some things are just what they are: two people crossing paths, sharing a moment, and then going their separate ways.
And that's enough.

Being bounded to a man is not my life goal.
Money has been used as a tool of control, that’s why infantilising women will keep her small and dependent on marriage for her survival.
@Asimbalqani
If you got to go back in your life what would be..?
I’m genuinely curious to hear men’s honest opinions.
Would you consider marrying a woman who has no parental support and lives independently with her sisters, but has good character, strong values and deen? Or would you prefer a woman who is financially secure and independent, even if she is also estranged from her family?
How much do a woman’s family circumstances and financial situation influence your decision when looking for a wife? Would you be willing to build a life together with someone who has faced difficulties but has a good heart and sincere intentions?
Please be honest. I’m interested in understanding how men genuinely think about this.

I miss the version of me that felt closest to Allah. Ya Allah, soften my heart, strengthen my iman, guide me back to You, and never let me become too distant from You again 🤍🤲🏻
