I’ve realized the closer you get with Allah the more your heart will soften and you will start to become more forgiving and understanding of everyone no matter how bad someone has hurt you.

So I work with neurodivergent students for a living. I love my job because I can make a huge difference to someone in the space of just one hour.
One of my students told me today that people with ADHD's prefrontal cortex develops 3 years slower than everyone else. That's crazy to know that my prefrontal cortex has not even been fully developed yet.

What do you do when you need a little self-esteem pick-me up?

Imagine someone who prays regularly, gives charity, and turns to Allah with sincere hope when life is going well.
But when their prayers seem unanswered, their circumstances become difficult, and the blessings they desire do not arrive, their enthusiasm for worship gradually fades.

🅰️ Their disappointment proves their faith was never genuine.
🅱️ Their attachment to Allah's gifts may be stronger than their devotion to Him.
🅲️ They should never ask Allah for worldly blessings.
🅳️ True faith requires never feeling sadness or disappointment.

🔥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗥 𝗤𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
If Allah never granted you the one thing you desire most, would your love and devotion remain?
And if your worship changes depending on what you receive, are you worshipping the Giver or becoming attached to the gifts?

I was watching a game related series this is not the first time though but today again an abundance of thoughts came through the mind, I will only write a bit here the reality, we are exactly living like these games each one playing individually with our own thoughts, the rules and regulations are given, the story is also given of the beginning and the end, the if are there, the more surprising thing is the power to think the things that are beyond understanding is also given and shouldn't wander in them, time differences exists and many more comparatively the time we have here is very very short and still its so difficult to live by those rules and regulations, I will stop here now.

The connections formed through shared experiences can go beyond limits. The ways that people come together are truly meaningful.

Attention & Focus
" Create a boundary around your attention. And defend it as seriously you will defend your money. To build this ability start small. Choose one task that matters. Set a timer for a 45 minutes and remove everything that can interrupt you. When the urge to check something appears, notice it without giving in to it. The urge will rise, peak and fall. Each time you let it pass, you strengthen the muscle that makes deep work possible. Then protect the results. Work that took deep focus is often the work people eventually notice, even if they never see the hours behind it."
