“Isn’t it better to marry late than to suffer in the wrong relationship? Regardless of gender, isn’t inner peace more important than societal pressure? What are your thoughts?”

When you leave everything in Allah’s hands, even what you don’t understand becomes easier to accept. Tawakkul is doing your best, making du’a, and trusting Allah—even when your heart has more questions than answers

Some trials are too personal to explain, And some pains are too deep for others to understand even feeling helpless

But Allah knows every burden you carry, Every tear you conceal,
And every struggle you endure in silence.

Sometimes, Allah allows you to experience hardships that no one else can truly understand, so that your heart learns to turn to Him before anyone else.

As Prophet Ya‘qub (عليه السلام) said:

‎إِنَّمَا أَشْكُو بَثِّي وَحُزْنِي إِلَى اللَّهِ
I complain of my suffering
And my grief only to Allah.
( Surah Yusuf ) 12:86

Hii, lately I felt like I lost my sparks and facing difficulties to understand myself, I just doing all my routine like usual, going to work, back home, cleaning and stuff.. But there's still emptiness that hit me right on my heart. Maybe some advices and perspective could help.. 🪽

Ya Allah, I feel super duper sad today. I was literally crying my eyes out on my way to work. 😭

Butttt, the sadder I feel, the more I want to let go of the things that are making me sad. I have so many ideas of things I want to do. I just want to keep myself busy, read books, talk to people, and eventually get to a point where I can fall asleep without crying.

I know this might sound like toxic positivity, but I think I might be going through a depressive episode because I was sobbing so hard this morning lol.

What if you enter a 500 year old abandoned house and find your childhood photos hanging on the walls?

I have just published my new article: The Dark Difference Between Emotional Control and Emotional Suppression. ✨

✍ Not every silence is emotional control, and not every reaction is a loss of control. Sometimes, we choose not to react because we understand why it is the right decision. Other times, we suppress our emotions because something external matters more than what we feel.

✍ I explored this difference through a simple analogy: a box filled with balls, representing our emotional experiences, their accumulated weight, and our capacity to manage them. Sometimes, the latest trigger is not the real reason behind our reaction. It is simply the moment when everything we have been carrying becomes too much.

✍ Emotional intelligence is not just knowing how to control a response. It is knowing what you are carrying, why you are carrying it, and when it is time to put it down. Read the full article and share your thoughts.
