But I take it very seriously and reflect.
The learnings are important to ensure you are not stuck in an endless loop and avoid mistakes in future, if any.

I’ve made a few mistakes at work in the last few months and i realized that it’s about understanding people dynamics and navigating work place politics, more than the skill and efficiency at work.

You need to unlearn, relearn and repeat.
And you need it very fast.

Human beings are complex and every situation is different. You need to be aware and attentive to read between the lines.

Sometimes life seems so hard. Heart feels so heavy. That time you feel like you need only one thing. And it seems that nothing can heal it except that person you are missing.
