Emotionally unavailable men are still lovable, but emotionally unavailable women cannot love.

An emotionally unavailable man will shut down, go silent, pull away. It hurts. But somewhere underneath that wall, there is feeling. He just doesn't know how to carry it out into the open. You can sense it. That's why you stay. That's why it's still painful to leave, because you know something real is buried there.

But an emotionally unavailable woman is different. She has learned to perform warmth without feeling it. She knows exactly what love looks like from the outside. She'll say the right things. She'll show up at the right moments. But nothing goes deep. Nothing is surrendered. She gives you access but never presence.

That's the difference. One is someone who feels but cannot express. The other is someone who expresses but does not feel. And you cannot reach a person who has decided that feeling is a risk not worth taking.

You will love her completely and she will receive it like information. Noted. Filed. Unreturned.

That is not a flaw you can fix. That is not a wall you can break through with enough patience. That is a choice she made long before she met you.

And you cannot love someone into wanting to feel.
