PTI has been called through Barrister Gohar Khan, while the matter is actually about Imran Khan Sahib's personal Twitter account. So until Khan Sahib gets a chance to talk to his lawyer, to give his power of attorney, further proceedings cannot take place.

And we are telling the court that its order of 4th November 2025 has already been violated. Now whatever they do, the punishment for this contempt must be given in any case. Those who committed this contempt must be punished.

On the 5-member bench hearing
There is news today that a 5-member bench will sit at 12 o'clock and will hear a citizen's application regarding 27th September. In this matter, PTI has not been made a party at all. Therefore we have no connection with this case.

The most important case was heard today, what developments happened today. Look, today was the case in which they want to get Imran Khan's Twitter handle closed. And a ridiculous situation which has been going on since 4th November last year is that Khan Sahib is neither being allowed to appoint a lawyer in it nor is his lawyer being allowed to meet him. So our request was, on which an order was also passed on 4th November 2025, that my meeting with Khan Sahib be arranged immediately and now 10 months have passed and that contempt of court is still standing.
