Anyone else got autism in ADHD who can sleep for like 24 hours and still wake up incredibly drained cuz I know it can't just be me
Make sure I've been burned out a lot recently due to a seriously unfortunate events but I went to sleep around 7:00 p.m. yesterday and I'm just now waking up and it's 8:59 p.m. now meaning I slept for over 24 hours
