Being a revert makes the spouses in-laws more important. My family seeing muslims have consistent bad akhlaq is a deal breaker !

Anyone noticed that reverts usually don’t want each other 🤔 they both want to enter a muslim family, perhaps more so than working on their own families becoming a Muslim family, but who knows.

The biggest lie modern dating has sold people is this:

No.
The right person will still annoy you, you’ll still argue, you’ll still get bored with them. And at some point you will start questioning why you even chose them.
The difference is that mature people always argue, fight, disagree but they always end up solving their problems. They don’t give up and decide to leave.

A beautiful example of love from the Sunnah of the Prophet ﷺ. 🤍
Aisha (RA) narrated:
I would drink from the vessel while I was menstruating, then I would hand it to the Prophet ﷺ, and he would put his mouth where my mouth had been. And I would eat meat from a bone while I was menstruating, then I would hand it to him, and he would put his mouth where my mouth had been
(Sahih Muslim 300)
This is the kind of marriage I hope for where love isn't only spoken, but shown through the smallest acts of affection, kindness, and attention. 🤍
