I finally understand what they meant by muscle memory. Having gone back to the gym after what felt like forever and a day, I'm finally starting to see progress.

It's like my body never forgot, she simply become numb with exercise 😅

On a side note, I've decided to stop using earphones at the gym. Not only was I more focused, but I was also able to do more, and time flew by!

Call me crazy, but I'm the person who used to work out listening to podcasts 🤭

Would you marry someone who is plus size?
I always get the same, im a good person, they like everything about me personality wise … but they can’t marry me because im plus size (UK 20) …

I have PCOS and under active thyroid, iv tried everything and will continue trying to lose weight but my whole body is working against me and doctors themselves have said that there is not much I am able to do.

Just a genuine question, as I am considering stopping looking all together..
