Fajr:

Fajr is the most honored of the five prayers. It's at a time when most of the world is asleep, so to get up for Allah at that hour is a sign of sincere love and sincerity. That is why its virtues are so great.

It is witnessed by the angels

"And the Quran at dawn. Indeed, the recitation of dawn is ever witnessed." - Quran 17:78

The scholars say this means the Fajr prayer. The angels of the night and the angels of the day are both present at Fajr, witnessing those who pray, and they ascend to the sky reporting your name.

Better than the entire world

The two Sunnah rak'ahs before Fajr are more accepted than everything in this world.

The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "The two rak'ahs of Fajr are better than the world and what is in it." - Muslim

If the Sunnah is that valuable, imagine the obligatory Fardh itself.

Protection of Allah for the whole day

The Prophet said: "Whoever prays Fajr is under the protection of Allah." - Muslim

You start your day as Allah's guest, under His guarantee. Whoever harms you after that has violated Allah's protection.

Light on the Day of Judgment

"Give glad tidings to those who walk to the mosques in darkness, of a complete light on the Day of Resurrection." - Tirmidhi

Fajr and Isha are prayed in darkness. That physical walk in the dark becomes spiritual light - nur - when all other lights are extinguished.

And: "Whoever prays the two cool prayers - Fajr and Asr - will enter Paradise." - Bukhari

Fajr and Asr are called Al-Bardayn, the two cool, difficult prayers. Guarding them is a sign of faith.

Protection from hypocrisy

Fajr and Isha were the heaviest prayers for the hypocrites in Medina, because there was no one to see them. Praying them consistently is a purification of intention.

The Prophet said: "The most burdensome prayers for the hypocrites are Isha and Fajr. If they knew what is in them, they would come even if they had to crawl."

Barakah in your morning and provision

The Prophet made dua: "O Allah, bless my Ummah in its early mornings." - Tirmidhi

The early hours after Fajr are when rizq - provision, ideas, clarity - is distributed. The Salaf used to dislike sleeping after Fajr. To be awake, remembering Allah, reciting Quran, making adhkar, brings barakah that stays the whole day.

Peace and health of heart

Fajr divides people. The Prophet said: "Shaytan ties three knots on the back of the head of one of you when he sleeps... If he wakes and remembers Allah, one knot is undone. If he makes wudu, the second is undone. If he prays, all knots are undone and he wakes up energetic and with a good heart. Otherwise he wakes lazy and with a bad heart." - Bukhari

Medically and spiritually, that early waking, wudu, movement, and Quran at dawn resets your heart.

Imam Syafi'i mentioned three of the most difficult actions or attitudes to adopt: 
Generosity in times of financial hardship.
Avoiding sin when alone and unobservant.
Speaking the truth in the presence of those feared or respected.
