I hate how i can take the dumbbell off the rack but then i can't put it back 😭& they put the heavier ones at the top like why ??

Ever since I’ve been on my cut, I’ve lost a bunch of mass (normal cutting process) but I do kind of miss it. I’m going to finish the cut soon and lean bulk back up. Also, can you tell triceps were my favorite muscle to train during these times?
