Even as a joke, their hateful comments are directly correlated with fascists in 1930s lol.

I apologise in advance for the people who are going to be offended reading this, but it needs to be said.

I am super disappointed with this app, and the people in this app. Sure, I have met some genuine, religious, and kind people on here, Thank you so much for that. But most of you are nothing sort of toxic, selfish and hypocritical. The more posts I read on here, The more I am loosing hope in this ummah. Most of the posts are a he said/she said, Or generalizations, or gender wars. I was under the impression that the west was primarily the one affected with this, But to see grown men and women behave like children with absolutely zero maturity and respect for each other makes me think otherwise. I was holding off myself for far too long, but I can’t anymore.

For the Men : How can you behave this way? Does honour not matter to you? Do you think the people close to you irl would be okay with the things you do on here? What happened to family values? “Looking for a woman to chat”, “Text me on whatsapp”, “Bored, Is any girl available”. Would you speak this way to any of your family members? Do you really need to be taught all that by a 27 year old, Although the people that have been doing it are in their 30s to 40s? I am seeing some sisters even complaining about the very sexual nature of talks in the guise of “Getting to know before marriage”. How do you expect to lead a family or even expect your partner to respect you with all these kinda rubbish? Or did you forget that Allah swt is watching you? Look at yourselves first and clean your heart and mind, Before expecting to find a clean soul as a partner. Honour is earned not given.

For the Women : Really, The same thing, Where has family values gone with you? What kinda rubbish is being spoken on here and how is it always turning into a gender war? I’ve seen plenty of times that someone tries to advise you and the first thing you do is point out his gender and invalidate it, Can’t you see beyond gender and ponder on the wisdom behind the advise? I never would’ve thought I would see this but even you are posting things like “Anyone looking for a relationship?”. If you really hate all men and wouldn’t take advise either, Please stop posting such things and take advise of your dad or your wali. I am disappointed to see the amount of influence dajjal’s social media has on you. Stop mixing western values with islamic values. All that talk about body-positivity and respect, Yet the first form of disapproval for you is exactly the opposite of what you preach. Claiming to hate all men, Yet compete in exact ways a man behaves are heights of hypocrisy.

Maybe stop pointing fingers and introspect. Turn into good humans first and understand the deen better. It’s crazy how this place is marketed as a “muslim app” but I can see so many people behaving contrary to anything related to islam. So many explicit images being posted here too. Where are the moderators even?
