Is there anyone here of foreign nationality (non-Egyptian) looking to get to know someone with the intention of marriage?

I have personally heard of women whose marriages ended in divorce simply because of chatting on Muzz. That's a real-life situation I know about.

Why do some mature men seem to rush things at the beginning? They ask for an immediate answer, make big plans like, "I'll fly to Indonesia even this weekend,"

When I simply ask, "Let's pray istikharah first and take this step by step, while getting know each other first"...and they seem impatient.

But then, when I finally say, "Okay, I'm ready for marriage," ...what next?? they are the ones who step back 😀.. sometimes life is so funny

I don't understand. Has anyone else experienced something like this?
