Okay, so can someone who studies psychology explain this? Every time there's nobody at home, I immediately feel like being productive. And when I say immediately, I mean IMMEDIATELY. The second I realize I'm alone, I feel so at ease and suddenly start doing all the things I've been procrastinating—and even more. 😭

A heart that truly loves doesn't need many words.
Sincere feelings are often understood through silence, respect, and genuine care.
Value the people who stand by you in difficult times, not only in moments of happiness.
Remember, loyal hearts are rare, and sincere souls are priceless. Never take them for granted.🌸😒

We all grow from two experience

  1. The pain of loosing
  2. The joy of winning.

These two experience will have have impact in your life, it all depends on the one that you allow to dominate you

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

Love does not always disappear but its nature certainly evolves over time. The restlessness of the early days of marriage, the constant expressions of affection and the thrill of new love may fade with time but respect should remain as steadfast as it was on day one.

Respect is not merely about speaking kind words. It means protecting each other's feelings, trust, vulnerabilities, dignity and self-respect. It is reflected in your emotional presence, in standing by your spouse when they need you most and in protecting their honor when others fail to respect it.

When your spouse comes to you broken and you fail to be their anchor when someone speaks ill of them and you merely advise patience instead of defending their dignity when they need you most and do not find you by their side .... they slowly stop viewing you as their safe space

This does not necessarily mean that love has disappeared or that you no longer care for one another. You remain partners, bound by a shared journey, a family, a life and countless responsibilities.
However when a person repeatedly feels that they must carry every hardship, every pain and every emotional burden alone, they gradually become emotionally independent. Once someone no longer sees you as their safe haven, the emotional closeness that once came naturally begins to fade. Over time, this can weaken admiration, create silent cracks in respect and slowly diminish the attraction, comfort and longing that once drew two hearts toward each other.

If I were to sum it all up I would say 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗲𝗺 When one fails at this, silent and deep distances begin to creep into relationships.

Love may begin a relationship but respect is what makes two hearts choose each other again and again

May Almighty Allah grant us all the wisdom to understand these nuances and the strength to act upon them. May He bless us with the righteous partner, virtuous offspring and good neighbors Ameen🤍

How did the people of the past socialise?
I can’t be the only one who feels like technology doesn’t cut it for connection / socialisation?
I feel like there’s a loneliness plague nowadays. People want connection, yet fear the people they want connection with. It’s become so normalised to be alone. Theres a hidden agenda there 💯 %
It isn’t normal / right to be alone and to want to be alone.
OK from time to time ETC is OK.
But everyday, day in / day out.
NO. I refuse. This is not normal. It’s not right. We were created as social beings w touch, eye contact etc not through darn screen.
They messed that up too. We can’t let this be the norm. We need to push back.
It’s not wonder why people are socially awkward and some so self centred, people lost real human interaction without the screen.
I wana have people around me, living with me.
We are in weird times. If we just stop n realize what the he* is going on here. If we just stop the distraction long enough to realize that sh* has indeed hit the fan.
