I always remember this aayah:
لا يكلف الله نفسا إلا وسعها

Allah will not burden us with more than we can handle,

It’s like a promotion exam—what do we find in that exam? Are there answers to all the questions? Do we not have to think? Do we not have to study hard?

Well, from this analogy, we can conclude that every test Allah gives us is meant for one purpose: so we can level up!!
Allah tests us to determine whether we’re truly worthy of leveling up.

Since longing has been a pain that comes and goes, it would be nice to be able to choose and program the mind to choose to be happy and joyful at any moment... But as human beings, we are fragile inside and out at any time!💔🥀

السَّلامُ عَلَيْكُم
Last week, a woman who had recently given birth was brought to our hospital after developing serious mental health symptoms. For days, her family believed she was affected by jinn. After proper medical assessment and treatment, she is now improving.

Postpartum depression and other postpartum mental health conditions are real medical illnesses that deserve timely care. As Muslims, we can seek healing through the Qur'an and dua while also using appropriate medical treatment. The two are not contradictory.

Mental health matters. Early treatment saves lives.
