"Indeed, We have created humankind in constant struggle [toil]." – (90:4)
Life was never meant to be permanently comfortable. We were created “into hardship.”
The believer is not shocked by struggle – only reminded by it.
Hunger.
Loss.
Delays.
Exhaustion.
Uncertainty.
Even the prophets walked this road.
But Allah never promised a life without tests.
He promised meaning within them.
“Indeed, with hardship comes ease.” – (94:6)
I am Reading about Avicenna Ibn cena he said
Ignorance causes mental illness, Avicenna also spent a lot of time on the mind-body problem. Avicenna believed that the human mind is like a mirror and has the ability to reflect knowledge as it utilizes active intelligence (i.e. thinking). The more we think, the clearer and more polished our mirror gets, directing oneself towards the acquisition of true knowledge. Furthermore, the mind is in control of the body and there is a direct hierarchical relationship between the two. Such that, when the mind wants to move the body, it obeys. The second level of control the mind has on the body is through influencing emotions and will. Strong emotions can cause self-fulfilling prophecies, if one believes that one is going to fail, the likelihood of failure would increase. This can also cause a disturbance in health, in that the mind can influence health and impact vegetative functions (Haque, 2004). This is very similar to present scientific evidence on the influence of stress on the immune system, leading to a possible increase in physical sicknesses. Avicenna also believed that a strong personality or soul could influence others via hypnosis
Why people who pray sometimes get depressed really bad sometimes they don't enjoy Salah, they do it without spirit?
The Dictatorship of the Organic Matrix:
The Mind as the Ultimate Prison and Sovereign Citadel
By Dr. Muhammad
The greatest deception of the modern era is the belief that "The Matrix" is an external apparatus of wires, governments, and corporate grids. We point fingers outward at corrupt economic frameworks, media propaganda, and institutional control mechanisms, foolishly believing that if we can just see through the political theater, we are free.
But a rigorous, forensic analysis of human behavior exposes a far more sinister reality.
The external infrastructure of control only exists because it anchors itself into a pre-existing, biological matrix: the default, primitive programming of the human brain. The true Matrix is not made of digital code or concrete walls. It is an organic simulation fabricated entirely by your own central nervous system. It is a closed-loop prison built out of evolutionary trauma, ancestral scripts, and calculated chemical manipulation.
A disciplined, sovereign intellect must strip away the noise and ask the brutal question: Are you a free agent executing independent will, or are you merely a biological machine running an automated script written by your environment?
The Dopamine Tether:
Modern architecture from addictive algorithmic feeds to the calculated design of consumer markets is specifically engineered to hijack your brain’s reward center. You are systematically fed micro-bursts of dopamine to keep you trapped in a state of hyper-reactivity. You think you are choosing to consume, choosing to scroll, or choosing to react, but you are actually just a laboratory organism pressing a lever for a chemical reward.
The Amygdala Hijack:
The system operates on fear because fear completely paralyzes the prefrontal cortex the seat of your high-level logic, long-term strategy, and lethal discipline. When you are kept in a state of perpetual anxiety over manufactured crises, temporal scarcity, or social validation, your brain drops into primal survival mode. A terrified mind cannot execute sovereign thought; it instinctively looks upward for a master to protect it.
The Sunk Cost of Social Scripting
From the moment you draw your first breath, the organic matrix begins downloading generational software directly into your consciousness. It dictates what success looks like, how you must panic over the clock, and how you must feel immediate psychological guilt if you don't conform to the tribe's rules.
Consider how deeply this programming runs. It is the exact same psychological trap that forces an individual to gorge themselves on food they do not want just because they paid for the plate, or causes a professional to wear chronic exhaustion like a badge of honor to prove their worth to a corporate machine.
These are not conscious decisions. They are systemic scripts running on autopilot in the background of your mind. You are burning your finite life force to satisfy a set of rules you never voted on, just to appease a collective ego that does not care about your sovereignty.
Shattering the Simulation:
The Sovereign Veto
You cannot fight an external matrix using a mind that is still enslaved by its own biology. True rebellion is not noisy, political, or performative. It is a silent, clinical, and uncompromising seizure of internal control.
The Objective Observer:
To break the program, you must create a hard cognitive separation between you and your brain. When a wave of anxiety, anger, or societal guilt hits your system, you must learn to sit perfectly still and observe the data. Do not react. Do not identify with it. Realize that it is simply an automated script trying to execute.
The Absolute Veto:
True power is absolute self-possession. It is the ability to look at a deeply ingrained habit, a generational expectation, or a chemical craving, and apply a cold, lethal veto. It means throwing away the rest of the meal when your body is satisfied, deleting the frantic calendar events that drain your energy, and refusing to hallucinate a catastrophic future.
The Unvarnished Takeaway
The matrix is real, but its gates are not guarded by soldiers they are maintained by your own neural pathways.
Every time you choose reactive emotion over clinical logic, mindless routine over deliberate execution, and societal guilt over internal boundaries, you plug yourself right back into the grid.
The world outside demands your attention, your panic, and your compliance because that is the exact fuel that runs the machine.
Disconnect the feed. Step out of the biological loop. Plant your feet immovably in the absolute present, dominate your internal wetwork, and rewrite the code from within. The mind constructed the prison and only a disciplined mind can tear it down.
Allah Hafiz
The room stayed quiet except for the soft tapping on your tablet.
No rush.
No pressure to make the words beautiful.
Just thought after thought leaving your mind gently, resting on the screen instead of spinning endlessly inside your head.
The brightness of the tablet felt small against the dark room, but somehow it was enough. Enough to hold everything you couldn’t carry silently anymore.
You wrote things you didn’t know how to say out loud.
Tiny worries. Heavy feelings. Half-finished thoughts.
And the more you typed, the quieter your mind became.
Not empty.
Just calmer.
Like a lake after the rain slows down.
Your thoughts were still there, but they no longer crashed into each other. They finally had somewhere to go besides your chest.
For a little while, you didn’t have to fight your own mind.
You only had to let it speak.
And maybe that is what comfort really is sometimes — not fixing everything, not understanding everything, but allowing yourself to set the weight down for a moment.
The tablet rested in your hands.
The words rested on the screen.
And slowly, your mind learned how to rest too.
Life will get busy with work and responsibilities, but make sure to still have fun together. Laugh a lot and make time for each other.
I see so many posts about rizq. I dont know who needs to hear this but rizq isn't just wealth, health and spouse. It includes deen, one of the biggest blessings of them all.
Every salah we pray, guidance we get, even understanding of the deen, it is only possible through Allah's will and mercy.
Some people get to old age and even their grave without ever understanding Islam. Others might be blessed with everything except Islam.
So if you have been blessed with guidance from Allah, know that you have been provided with one of the greatest forms of rizq Allah could provide you with.
The "Uncomfortable" Lie 🚫
The "Comfort" Myth: A man's sudden withdrawal is rarely about a change in feelings or your shortcomings; it is usually the result of a "replacement" he has already secured. 🎭
The Vanishing Act: He begins to shift his attention elsewhere, hiding behind flimsy excuses to play the "victim," all to exit the relationship with minimal effort. 💨
The Self-Blame Trap: The most dangerous part is doubting yourself and searching for imaginary flaws, while the decision to leave had already been made by him from the start. 💭💔
The Measure of True Love: Real love is defined by fighting for the relationship. The ease with which he replaces you is definitive proof that your place in his life was never firm or sacred to begin with. ⚖️
The Bottom Line: Someone who leaves to seek someone else was never truly holding on to you. Do not waste your time justifying his absence or blaming yourself for his choices. 💎✨
My heart doesn’t feel at ease anymore 😞
I no longer know who I am.
