I am from Ottawa and looking to apply for university fall 2027.

I was wondering:

2. Which location is good for roommates and affordable?

I am originally from Montreal, so I like to busy city. I feel that Ottawa is very boring and I enjoy a nice change.

Currently jons are booming in Toronto in my field and Ottawa is a small city, therefore, not much is happening here as the city is closing most locations.
