Karim and Sara logged into the dating app, each armed with a "soulmate checklist" longer and more complex than a NASA rocket blueprint. He was searching for a Disney princess with the intellect of Albert Einstein, while she was looking for James Bond with the hopeless romanticism of Romeo.
The conversation kicked off with a chilly "Hey" from Karim, to which Sara replied with a curt, interrogative "Yes?", sounding less like a potential match and more like a detective running a background check. When he casually mentioned, "I’m just a simple guy who loves stability," her overactive imagination instantly translated it to: "I am a boring, broke couch potato looking for a personal chef." Not to be outdone, when she stated, "I’m an independent woman," his brain immediately flagged it as: "I am high-maintenance and ready to argue from day one."
What followed was a masterclass in the "dialogue of the deaf." Every text was brief, shrouded in mysterious tension, and dripping with defensive sarcasm. They deciphered each other’s words like rival cryptographers during a war, completely stripping the language of its actual meaning. In the end, they both aggressively slammed the "Block" button, drawing the curtain on a match that failed to connect intellectually, emotionally, or even in the same time zone. It was a hilarious yet painful reminder that while our technology is living in the future, our emotional and social intelligence is still stuck in the Stone Age.!
If you met someone is polite, have good manners but he is recently located in Egypt after around 10 years studying in Asia which made him different from the normal a little, with no common Egyptian sense and knowledge, yet he hasn't worked after his studies, expecting to work by his PhD soon which I guess is not easy. I don't have much interest as that's wasn't in my mind, what to do, I'm so confused.

One of the worst types of people you might encounter on the app is someone with a fear of commitment. This person will feed off any attention you give them, yet ultimately, you will never reach a decision to actually commit.

Hi, Hello, I just joined this application, are there really serious people here who want to get married? 🤔🤔
@Ommar4
Only Egyptian physicians and engineers have to state their professional titles in front of their names on a frufru app.. the complex is very real.
