Dr. Thomas Aquinas was a Christian philosopher and a very interesting figure. We studied him in Dr. Hijab's summer class going on right now. He came right at the same time of ibn taymiyyah. He was an interesting philosopher because he believed in a divine simplicity definition of God and yet, he believed in the Trinity. What makes him even more interesting is he had five proofs he mentioned for God. There is no doubt he copied from the Muslims in two or three of those proofs, specifically from Ibn Rushd and Ibn Sina. The one thing I cant figure out, and those of you who know this...do help me, where did he get the argument of perfection (in attributes of God vs. Humans) of God from? We would say ibn taymiyyah but that doesnt seem to be the case. God knows best.

Assalamu Alaikum 🌿
I'm a sincere, respectful Muslim who values faith, honesty, and family. I'm here with the intention of marriage and looking for a kind, practicing, and genuine life partner. If you're also seeking a serious and halal relationship, I'd be happy to get to know you. May Allah guide us to what is best for both of us.😍😍

Many women on this platform seem to think they are irreplaceable. Every day, they receive dozens of likes from men all around the world. Even when a man has genuinely serious intentions, the moment he says something they don’t like, they immediately unmatch him and continue looking for other options.

I’m honestly very curious—do you really think you are all that perfect? And apart from marriage, what do you believe you can actually bring into a man’s life?

When you talk to many of these women, they speak about mutual understanding and compatibility, but in reality, a lot of them seem to be here mainly to find a wealthy husband.

After using this application for a week here is my assessment.

  1. The makers of the app, as they should, are looking to get everybody subscribed to the premium version. This leads to the basic conclusion that they don't want people to really get in touch and marry so that people should keep paying the subscription. Classic and effective business that I despise and appreciate at the same time. Well done.
  2. Like every dating app, the Muzz also have abundance of men compared to women. That naturally leads to fewer matches as the women are screening out most of the men approaching them.
  3. Most men, as the trend goes, are looking effectively for casual dating and possibly *** and very few of them are serious.
  4. Because so many men are approaching fewer women, the women actually think that they are the wanted gender and they can pick and choose the people they talk and date. Naturally the women go for the most handsome and stable men which is a rare commodity in the world anyway.
  5. Because of this unfair advantage, women have some very unrealistic expectations from men which can only be met by 0.01 percent of the men.
  6. Once the women, somehow, get to reach those 0.01 percent, they suddenly realise that these prized individuals are not really serious about marriage. And the cycle continues.
  7. Most of these women gold members/ premium subscribers are approaching or over 30 years of age and are therefore very anxious about the marriage. However due to the abundance of men, they rarely give a chance to even mid range men, let alone average men.
  8. Most of the men are here for convenience or for a quick date and most of the women here are for the simple fact that they are really not getting good proposals in their personal social or family life.
  9. The serious people are mostly screened out by the women and despite abundance of men, the women rarely find people to marry.
  10. Unrealistic expectations should be kept aside and getting real and practical with proper compromises is the way to go.

For me, a man who spends his time following half naked women, liking their photos, chatting to other women and sliding into their stories or DMs isn't someone I'd consider husband material.

I want a man whose actions reflect respect, self-control, and commitment. Constantly seeking attention from other women is a HUGE turn-off for me and shows they are insecure.

Am I asking for too much, or is this a reasonable standard?
