So a friend was asking me recently 'how do people find the energy to be consistent with the gym while working full-time?' 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼
And it goes like this ➡️ Just like you have to spend money to make money 💷
you have to spend energy to make energy ⚡
but you have to know your sweet spot.

Finding your sweet spot is just like when eating a meal - Too much food will leave you heavy and lethargic, not enough won't help much, but when you eat just the right amount for you it gives you more energy to keep going. 🥙🫒

Find the balance of how much energy you should spend and you'll start to see more energy appear ⚖️

If you are constantly negative, "woe is me", upset, rbf- dont be upset when people mirror that back at you.
