Exercise or play sports during the day to tire yourself and sleep for at least 7 hours daily. Sleeplessness is a carcinogen and also causes inflammation that entails many problems including hormone imbalance.
Life is short and we have to be strong for each other. Allah loves the strong believers and health is pivotal not only physicaly but also spiritualy. Sleep is a blessing it's ibada! Do not lose this, do not lose life!
