Poll. Is investing in a trainer worth it? I’m already paying around 200$ for a fitness studio and a gym membership. The fitness studio is muslim owned and whilst they’re happy answering questions, they don’t have any offerings for one on one training. I need help with posture fixing and modifications for where i’m at. There’s some workouts i see my SIL doing and she’s feeling em in the right places but for me, my back and knees be suffering. I’m not old. Thas not supposed to happen. My yoga teacher told me to do some stretches for improvement there but im wondering if it’s worth getting a trainer. For those who’ve had one, how helpful was it?
