Make sure to stay hydrated as sweating can cause you to lose more fluid, and cause further dehydration.

I was planning to visit my family's grave today. Due to the extreme temperatures and feeling weak, I will have to reschedule to next week as I'm having difficulty managing fluid intake and feeling weak.

Those who live outside the UK won't understand that the UK heatwave, with its crazy humidity, is not the same as other countries.

Make sure to take care of your pets as well, as they'll be suffering as much as us.
