Has anyone here tried doing a social media detox? If you're on this app then it's likely that you have not tried it or tried but failed. Or perhaps you know someone who was successful in going cold turkey on social media?

Over the past few months, I've become addicted to social media and I'm trying to break the addiction. It's a mix of YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and dating apps. And as a result, I've become quite anti-social, haven't been going out, and haven't even been liking profiles in dating apps. In fact, I haven't even been matching with people who've liked my profile.

If you have any tips or suggestions which have worked for you or someone you know, then please feel free to share.

I live by myself and mostly work from home, so that makes it more challenging for me to break free from this addiction.
