I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my query has been handled. Every time I contact your support team, I receive the same response that you are experiencing a high volume of queries. That is not a valid excuse when it has become the standard response instead of a resolution.

The constant delays and poor communication are unacceptable. If your support team cannot manage the volume of customer queries, then hire more staff. Your customers should not have to suffer because your business is under-resourced.

I expect my issue to be dealt with properly without any further delays.
