Why do people act like it's hard and a juggling act to speak to a few matches at once?

It's not hard. I used to talk to them all but at a slow pace.. I would reply to them all at once when I'm on the tram, waiting in a queue etc so at times when I'm not doing anything and it's not inconvenient for me so it doesn't feel like juggling. I would also schedule calls with them in advance and space it out. I would always put me-time, family and friend time first though. I would delay calls if I had to but I would still come back with an alternative day rather than an ambiguous "I will let you know".

I think I would only struggle to talk to more than one person if I was catching feelings but feelings and attachments shouldn't be involved so early on.
