I recently heard Joe Rogan talk about the alleged Giant of Kandahar story. According to the story, a U.S. military patrol in Afghanistan encountered a giant humanoid, said to be around 12–15 feet (3.5–4.5 meters) tall. The giant allegedly attacked the soldiers before being killed and secretly removed by the military. There is no verified evidence that this incident actually happened, but it's an intriguing legend.
As a Muslim, I also believe that Adam was created much taller than people today, and authentic Islamic teachings mention that human stature has decreased over time. It makes stories like this interesting to think about. What do you think?
