You know why they choose this woman as the front picture? Because she is once a famous actress in Korea. Her name is Kim Min Hee, she have an affairs with the director in one of the film she's involved in. The director is already married, and his wife decided not to divorce him, so even if they were separated. The actress can't legally be with the director. Thus, her title will always be the mistress. She is still with the director and they have a daughter. They do come out in public. In a retrospective, she it the monster to the wife and vice versa.

Dedicate this post to those parents that have to do the double duty of a parent, mother and father, which isn't easy, and sadly never appreciated and understood.

This post isn't about celebrating these days, more of an appreciation post as they never get recognition and sadly get stigmatized due to culture/society.

Like I said many times, we should value parents while you have a chance, as life is unpredictable.

Today is Father's Day Although I miss him every day I felt like sharing a few memories of him today

In one photograph my beloved father Hazrat Maulana Salim Qasmi Sahib is addressing a gathering of scholars and in the other he is engaged in conversation with buyers and business associates

Allah blessed him with respect and acceptance in both knowledge and trade

Summer nights

What if I cut a piece of the sky in this stary night?
It would make an amazing dress I bet,
No need for artifice,
Just tiying my hair up with my shining smile would make the best combination.
Which would be more of an issue though?
Heat of the stars or cold of the sky?
Maybe there is still enough sunlight to balance all this.

Here I go again! Imagining impossible things and rationalizing them. Where does the limit between free thoughts and reason lie in our minds? I can almost hear my prefrontal cortex gathering chains of logic while my hippocampus try to run wild.

These places by the sea always bringing me back to childhood and I love revisiting old thoughts under a new scope.
