Happy Father's Day ? (UK)

For 364 days of the year, some people talk about men as though they're a design flaw in human evolution.

"Men are toxic."
"Men are useless."
"Men only want one thing."
"Men are the problem."

Then Father's Day arrives and suddenly it's...
"My dad is my hero."
"My dad is the strongest man I know."
"My dad taught me everything."
"My dad would do anything for me."
"My dad is my Wali."

So which is it.... ?
Because your father didn't appear out of thin air... He's a man.

The truth is, there has always been good men out there that quietly build, maintain, provide for, and protect, that people take for granted every single day.
Yet for some, publicly acknowledging all decent, honest, hardworking men seems harder than solving quantum physics, because someone might accuse them of being a "pick me."

Imagine being so attached to a narrative that showing appreciation for that one thing you want and a healthy society needs "a good man" becomes unfavourable, or even controversial.

Anyway...
"Happy acknowledgement day"
to all the present, active, committed fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, uncles, brothers and male figures who had to step in, help, support or even stabilise.

To the good men who carried responsibility instead of broadcasting it.

To the good men who stayed strong so others could feel safe.

To the good men who showed up, day after day, without applause.

And to all the daughters posting heartfelt tributes to their dads today...
Thank you for the reminder that men matter.

So wherever you are in the world use this as a reminder to go and rekindle that bond of father/daughter childhood love again. 🤍

If a mountain would break, why doesn’t out heart?

A mountain would crumble under the weight of the Qur’an.

Yet many of us remain unchanged by it.

Gunung hancur.

Hati manusia tidak.

What is this called?

Strength?
Or something far more frightening?

Thank you for saying this, I truly appreciate your feelings..💝
But life decisions aren’t made on wishes alone. Allah writes what’s best for all of us.
Praying He gives you someone even better than what you imagine. Ameen..🙂‍↔️
