Salam alaekum.
My journey to finding the right person has truly been a roller coaster. I have met all kinds of people, the weird ones, the difficult ones, the ones that wants to be friends and everything in between. Through it all, I stayed patient and tried to remain kind, even when that kindness was taken for granted.
We live in a world where many people believe it is about playing games or outsmarting each other, but I never saw it that way. I never wanted something built on deception. I wanted something real.
I have come across people who judge quickly, saying things like all men are the same or making assumptions based on where someone is from. But the truth is, we did not choose how or where we were born. We did not choose our gender, our background, or even our starting point in life. What truly matters is who we choose to become.
Every excuse I heard, no matter how small, I accepted as that person’s choice. I did not fight it. I simply kept moving forward, believing that one day I would meet someone meant for me.
And I did.
It has been two amazing months so far. I almost deleted this app when I met her, but I decided to stay a little longer not to keep searching or texting people, but so I could share this. Sometimes the journey can be tiring, draining, and even frustrating, but do not give up. You will find your person.
We talk about everything. We enjoy each other’s company. We have even had misunderstandings, but what matters is that we understand that people see life differently. It does not matter where you are from or how you were raised. What matters is this. Did you grow? Did you learn? Are you kind? Are you sincere? Are you ready for something real or just passing time?
I am hopeful about where this is going, and I pray it leads to something beautiful.
May Almighty Allah grant everyone their better half.
Just wanted to share this here. I will be back with an update, in shaa Allah.

A Food for your thoughts. 💭💕
"Is there anyone serious?" Is not what you ask in Jamaa, this is more of a social space rathee than a marriage matchmaking space. I mean you might get to know somebody but the real marriage space is the muzz marriage profile. Don't think it is an obligation for women to respond to you on Jamaa.
