Life is busy happening out there but you're too afraid to make any move, so you hide behind your phone and its perceived security and anonynimity. While people who are serious about life are out there making moves and going after what they want in real time. You're not gonna find a spouse because some fancy tech-guy on the internet created an app to delude you into believing you are actually making an effort towards finding love. Truth is..you can order Mcdonalds or Tacos from the comfort of your livingroom but you can't order a person who is supposed to share their whole lives with you the same way. We have dehumanised people by placing them on a catalogue like a menu we chose from and have ❌️'s and ticks ✅️ to establish their worthiness. And then we expect that sort of violation to result into a deep meaningful lifelong relationship. We are deeply misguided and detouched from reality.
