I highly recommend everyone to read this post it's very beneficial. Brothers if the leader of the believers and khalifa Umar ibn khattab was patient with his wife because she did xyz for him then we should try our best to do the same when we're married in sha Allah. Instead of learning how to make a marriage last on social media from kuffar content creators read about the lives of the Sahaba and sahabiyat, the seerah of our nabi peace be upon him, and ask your local scholars that is sufficient wallahi.

After having a long and sincere bio on my profile, I was still being approached by men who, after a few days of texting or phone calls, turned out not to be like-minded (serious) or intentional. I'm 27 and filter the profiles from 26-32.
I’ve now updated my bio to be shorter, simpler (as I was repeatedly told the previous one was too long—though I felt it reflected how serious I am), and more direct.
Since updating it, I’ve noticed I’m getting fewer likes. Now I’m wondering: have I done something wrong, or have I actually done something right by filtering out the people who were never serious to begin with and putting them off?
