Nothing healed me except my hope🌷

Question: for those that uh used to watch 🌽 how did you maintain staying away from it? Cuz the struggle is real. Its been a few months, and lets say the person has done a good job at keeping busy and staying away from it. Praying 5 + alhamdulillah, reading Quran more, dhikr more. But for whatever reason, deep inside, the desire is floating around, images flash in the mind... and idk lowering the gaze does so much, but eyes see what they see at a glance, thoughts come and go.... its frustrating to struggle with. Stupid sexual ads keep poping up on social media, and so on... graphic stuff. Shaytan is just trying to trap us. ... idk May Allah swt safe gaurd us against Shaytan and against the evil of ourselves.
