Salam ailikom,
It's me again and I'm seeking your advice please.
I train 5-6 days a week for 2-3 hours. Unfortunately because I work (7:00-17:00), I have to train from 6-9pm only. I lift weights every session. I also do yoga and cardio once a week. I wanted to start fasting these days, so I can figure out a system for my body for Ramadan inshallah.
I tried to work out after my iftar meal, and it was very difficult. The other thing to consider is the taraweeh prayers in my village are at 7pm, so I won't be able to workout for long. I tried to do it on an empty stomach, and I almost crashed.
My questions are: how do you plan around Ramadan? Do you find you have less time too? If that's the case, what do you focus on instead? Any recommendations for workout? Is there specific meals that you find helpful for maintaining energy? Any general tips are welcomed. Thank you!

Hey Sis, your training is way too intense you need to cut down a bit, either 1 hour or alternate days 2 hours but let your body rest and reset too, I personally go to a 24 hr gym so I have light iftar and go after tarawih and then you can eat more when home if needed.
5-6 days a week and 2-3 hours long?
What are you trying to achieve? Are you looking to gain muscle? Or are you looking to lose weight?
You need to cut down the volume. Also if you can only train between 6-9pm and taraweeh is at 7pm you dont have much choice.
Use Ramadan as a long deload. Focus on other things then come back to training properly after.
