No. Islam gives women the right to choose their spouse while staying within their moral values and personal boundaries. Being open-minded does not mean being sexually available or compromising your dignity.
And one question: If that's your definition of "modern," did your own parents do all this before marriage? If not, then stop projecting your own standards onto other people's daughters.
What I fail to understand is how anyone can genuinely believe that this is what being "open-minded" means. Don't their parents know what kind of values they've raised their children with? It's honestly shameful when someone mistakes indecency for open-mindedness and proudly carries that mindset into conversations about marriage.
