The 30s

We lost our age in study and settling and now we are at the age when no body have time to get marriage or explore the option for marriage and suddenly getting married without knowing each other better.😅

Is finding the right person about luck, timing, or effort?

Do girls ever make the first move on Muzz, or is that just a myth ?

Some of the unkindest men I have met on this app have been in their mid thirties hating on the women who are in the same age range as them. It doesn’t make me change my mind about going for someone close to my age because I have to believe there are good ones too. Men who aren’t angry, resentful, and looking for someone to blame, control, or exert their ego/dominance/intelligence/deen over. That shows me how weak, hurt, and self entitled they really are and that’s not someone I could build a solid foundation with.

There have to be men who have capacity for someone else’s needs and truth, the relationship being more than a duty or a mere obligation, and being a partnership. Maybe that’s what makes me delulu.

I know I have my own things to work on and I make dua that I have the strength and help from Allah to work through them. This isn’t to dismiss any of that and more so about me wanting to write my own story. I don’t want to think about what if I fail, right now I want to try. Hold on to hope for a little longer.
