Ya Allah, I really need this. I just want to be in a place where I can let my heart speak, where I can cry without having to explain why, and where I can lay all my sadness before You. ❤️🩹
What are common and specific ADHD signs to look out for? And is medicine necessary for this condition or there are other remedies that can lessen severity?
Gonna do some research for sure, but wanted to hear from others that have knowledge on this, as well.

A psychology test for you all
Based solely on the posts and interactions you've witnessed on here...
Who do you think handles rejection worse, men or women, and how do you feel it's displayed ?

Sometimes, your heart gets so tired of this dunya that all you want is a quiet moment with Allah, where you don't have to explain your pain, hide your tears, or pretend to be strong. Just you, your duas, and the One who knows everything you cannot say. 🤍

Apparently, Not all men 🥱
@Indanaa
It's sometimes so beautiful when someone can fully take responsible of what they do and choose to their life. Not to blame people around them, hopes they desire, and chances they didnt take

THE MODERN DATING CRISIS
CHAPTER II : THE ILLUSION OF ENDLESS OPTIONS
You may have heard of the 80/20 rule in dating discussions online.
It is often used to claim that a small percentage of men receive most of women's attention, leaving the majority of men struggling for romantic opportunities.
Closely related discussions involve hypergamy a term describing the tendency to seek a partner of higher social, economic, or status standing. Its meaning and application vary across research and social contexts.
But here is the important part: these ideas are frequently oversimplified online. There is no universal law proving that all women want the same small group of men.
Still, something worth examining is happening in the way people meet.
Dating apps allow us to evaluate strangers in seconds. A photograph, height, profession, lifestyle, and a few lines of text can influence whether someone gets a chance at all.
Social media adds another layer. We see attractive couples, luxurious dates, perfect bodies, and carefully edited relationships. Slowly, extraordinary lives begin to look ordinary and ordinary people begin to feel inadequate.
When options appear endless, choosing one person can feel like settling.
Why invest in understanding someone when another profile is only one swipe away?
The tragedy is that having more options does not necessarily mean finding more meaningful connections.
Sometimes, it simply means becoming better at rejecting people before discovering who they really are.
TO BE CONTINUED...
Story time, Battling Depression and Adhd, a battle everyday.
I woke up late in the morning. It was already 11:30 a.m I was supposed to go to Friday prayer at 1:30, I just lay in bed rotting away, 1:30 passed right Infront of me and I did nothing, I remembered, oh there is another at 2:30, Finally took shower, preapred breakfast, and thought it would be too late to have it, so packed it up, and I left home, only to realize mid journey, I left the breakfast at home, by the time i went for prayer it was almost over, my timing to reach was off
Next task, Applying for a job, as I am graduating soon, Others consider me tm 'Intelligent', 'as I already do a couple of job/research in my field'
The dread of 'not being enough' stopped me from applying to any big company, I still managed to apply a few and then my brain fogged up, I couldn't do it more.
Went to work and took my dinner there and guess what, I forgot my dinner there also, was almost in tears realizing the entire day.
I decided not to rot in bed, so came out, nourished myself with good dinner (chicken over rice)
So what, this is a battle which i have every day, some days I win, others I loose, today was one such day.
