it’s honestly interesting how ppl can spot manipulation in someone else’s relationship or friendship almost instantly but struggle to recognize it in their own lol

Did you also push the fur from around your stuffed animal’s eyes so they could see better?
Or.. were you normal 🥲

1.1K reactions · 186 shares | 🌱 I loved so deep, with childlike wonder. The world punished me for it. So I learned the lesson it was teaching me. Love safer. Protect yourself at all cost. 🎨 That punishment hardened me. I stopped flowing with life. Started bracing for impact before impact ever came. I brace so hard that I brace against the good things too. I didn’t just block the pain. I blocked the love that was already standing right in front of me. 🔥 I was called weird. Even though I never thought I was. But hearing it enough times meant I had to calibrate. So I tried becoming smaller. Easier to love. Shying away from my true identity just to be tolerated. Turns out weird was never the problem. Inauthenticity was. 💚 My love is the same as my hyperfixations. All or nothing. It overwhelms people or it disappears completely. Nothing in between. Nothing they can feel. Either way they walk away thinking I never loved them at all. I loved them the hardest in the moments they couldn’t see it. 🗣️ I performed love instead of speaking it. Said what they needed to hear, further diluting who I was. The moment I stopped, I finally met a stranger. That stranger was me. The inner child that just wanted belonging. 👁️ We are the observers and curators of our own stories. The story I told myself was one of danger. Control. Vigilance. Not because it was true, but because it kept me safe. That was the illusion. Blinding me from the beauty and love that’s in front of me. 🌌 The world I see is me. I pushed the world away as separation feels safer because it gives distance. But there was never real separation. We don’t need understanding from the world. We only need to understand it. The world I see is my own subconscious. A mirror. To welcome love from it, I had to love myself within. And once I did, that became a light other people could finally see. ( All I need is a LITTLE LOVE in my life, A LITTLE but I'm hoping it might kick start..me and my broken heart) ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🔥💔👀 That's the vibe for today ;3 HEY Y'ALL 🤠 Today's topic is anxiety, overthinking and planning ahead. I would like to say it's a DIFFERENT APPROACH TO WHAT I TALKED ABOUT PREVIOUSLY 🥸 so give me few minutes and hear me out. (OR SHOULD I SAY READ ME OUT?? 😂 Apparently that's a thing, I googled it 😉)

So I just realized something this 🌅 morning. Is overthinking really that bad? I'm just preparing myself for the WORST POSSIBLE OUTCOME! 🤔🫪😤🫩😳. If I'm mentally prepared, it ought to hurt less when or if the bad things do happen right? Well in theory yes. But when it comes to PRACTICALITY , IT'S A WHOLE DIFFERENT SITUATION! 😤 (What meant to hurt, will hurt no matter what 😭, but it's like how MUCH you can handle it when the time comes) And yes it's personal story time now 👀

I was under my delusions 🫡 last few days. But my best friend just gave me a reality check and snapped me TF out of it 😌. Now I can act accordingly and not let my FEELINGS POUR THROUGH 💓 HONESTLY guys, PROTECT your peace 🕊️. Not saying abandon all hope but buying a bulletproof vest wouldn't kill ya 😂 ( ALSO I KNOW IT'S CONTRADICTORY COMPARED TO MY LAST POST ABOUT TRUSTING OTHERS BUT WHAT CAN I SAY!? I'M A HUMAN BEING WITH MANY FACES 😈👾👿 Toodles

Where does a son stands where in his dad expresses that he does not like whatever he says, but has forgiven everything said.
Whilst the son has a habit of telling what he thinks Islam says, or what he usually thinks about things, he used to say it without filter, assuming pretty much due to past that, honest opinion matter, and expressing is better than not expressing.
Disagreement was told never to be an issue, expressing your mind was allowed.
He was raised to express.
Should now he hold back, coz every utterance is being considered wrong.
Despite serving all his grown up life. Meaning despite disagreement he did what his dad told him to do.
He only did few things against his will.
Like leaving an Riba based job
Not marrying into an "all paid" marriage from bride side
Not marrying on the pretext, she is gonna bring her naseeb.
Not competing civil service despite capabilities for the reason he had in his mind
Not succumbing to job against freelance/business/ taking care of his parents(including him obviously).
.
He used to pray that his son work in world Bank.

How wrong as a son I must be for being all that.

Should I do whatever he says, despite I feel it's not right.
Will I be accounted as I did due to him will that be acceptable?
Will I be liable for speaking.
