Just thought I'd repost this again, incase some of you have missed the previous post. This is to help the new users that are joining Jamaa daily. It is a quick guide for new users on Jamaa.

● Firstly, I would like to explain that Muzz and Jamaa are two separate apps. One for marriage and the other for social.

● Although some people use Jamaa to find the right person to get married, not everyone is looking for marriage, and are here just to socialize as Jamaa is a social app, not a marriage app.

● Stop harassing people in their DMs or posts if they are not interested in marriage.

● Before posting, look through the relevant groups to which your post applies to, and post in the correct group. Below is a quick recap of some of the common groups which are used and for what purpose.

• Random group for general posts

• Marriage group for marriage related posts

• Fun and games for puzzles/games or humor only

• Fun and Laugh for humor only

• Pets for pets related posts

• Islam for Islam-related posts only, not selfies

• Food for food related posts

• Travel for obviously travel related posts.

• Single parents posts for parents with a child

• Nature posts for nature-related posts like animals/flowers or nature scenery, not selfie posts.

There are so many other groups which you need to search through to find relevant groups that suit you.

● Quick tip for those that post selfies: there isn't a specific group for this category. Be cautious you will get blocked by some people as not everyone wishes to see your personal or AI photos.

● Jamaa isn't a TikTok or Instagram or Snapchat app.

● Be cautious of scammers and never give money to unknown strangers.

Finally, if you have any issue with certain groups, there are few moderators you can dm for any issue related to a specific group.

Not all groups have moderated, so you'll need to contact Muzz staff for any issues related to that group or any issues related to the Jamaa app.

I'm a moderator for Fun and laughs group and will treat everyone equally and support all communities, not be biased towards certain communities or friends or hold personal vendettas against anyone.

I posted some reminders on this group previously, to help keep the group safe and declutter any irrelevant posts.
