Sometimes people simply have different boundaries, comfort levels, and ways of getting to know others. That’s okay. 🤍
Not every hesitation means rejection, and not every boundary means a lack of trust.
Some people just need a little more time before opening up.
The right connections don’t need to be rushed or forced. They grow naturally, with mutual understanding and respect. 🌷

Why is a cheating man unwilling to let go of his partner. And if he is caught cheating, he gets angry, he regrets, he is sad. Even though he should be happy because his partner chose to leave and let the man be with his mistress. 🤷🏻♀️
How do you beat loneliness when you're free, and you want to talk someone but you have nobody to talk with, but you really aren't in the mood for idle chit-chat with new guys?

People often ask, Why dont women just leave? Why dont they run away from physically or verbally abusive partners?
Have you heard of a trauma bond?
It is not simply about being afraid to leave. Over time, an abuser can condition someone to believe that they cannot survive without them .That they are not capable, not worthy, and somehow responsible for the abuse they receive.
And that is why the victim often keeps pouring more love, patience, compassion, and effort into the relationship.
They are made to believe if I just become better… if I am more loving, more patient, more understanding, maybe I will finally be treated better.
And so the cycle continues.
The terrifying part is that you dont know you are losing yourself while it is happening. You are living inside that reality. What feels like survival from the inside can look incomprehensible from the outside.
Coming back to yourself to your senses, your confidence, your life and finally realising what happened to you can be devastating.
You look back and see your parents, siblings, and friends who tried to reach you. You see how helpless they must have felt watching you slowly lose your light, your confidence, your identity, and your life force over the years.
That realisation can break your heart a thousand times over.
Not because you were weak.
But because trauma bonds can be insanely powerful.
And sometimes, finding your way back to yourself is the hardest part of all.
Dead does not know they are dead!
