𝑴𝒖𝒔𝒍𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒉 on Instagram‎: "In a world chasing beauty, status and wealth... don't forget what truly matters. Character is not just what people see, it's what Allah knows about you. . . . . . #explore #fyp #character #follow #reels"‎

Most people are busy looking for perfection in another, but no one is ever perfection
I am not perfect and am not looking for a perfect woman,
Having a partner you will build, lively one,and ready to be correct each other,is a Blessing

Botox!! Who knew that Botox was recommended for those who suffer migraines.
It’s definitely worth the try if pills and any other resort has not made any difference.

Available via NHS referral scheme.

Dr Adnan Azad (MD, MPharm) on Instagram: "If you suffer from migraines, you need to hear this. When most people hear Botox, they think cosmetic. But Botox is one of the most effective treatments available for chronic migraines — and most people who suffer with them have never been told about it. Chronic migraine means 15 or more headache days per month, with migraine symptoms on at least 8 of those days. For people in that category who have tried and failed at least three preventive treatments, Botox is approved on the NHS as a treatment option through specialist referral. The treatment involves 31 small injections across the forehead, temples, back of the head, neck, and shoulders — repeated every 12 weeks. It works by blocking the release of neurotransmitters involved in carrying pain signals, interrupting the migraine pathway before it reaches the brain. In the PREEMPT clinical trials involving 1,384 patients, 70% of those treated with Botox had their headache days reduced by more than half after 12 months. That is 50% fewer migraines. The average patient had a reduction of 8 headache days per month after two treatment cycles. Side effects are generally mild and temporary — most commonly soreness at injection sites and occasional eyelid drooping that resolves within days. If you have been living with chronic migraines and nothing has worked so far — tablets, triptans, lifestyle changes — ask your GP about referral to a headache specialist. Botox is not just cosmetic. For chronic migraine sufferers, it can be life-changing. Send this to someone who suffers with migraines. ⚠️ General information only. Individual medical decisions require professional assessment. It is so sad when people view your kindness as weakness. They look at your soft heart and assume you can’t or won't do anything because of your love for God, deliberately trying to trigger you to break out of character.
Kindness is love. I am merely showing you love out of the abundance of my heart, but you mistake that grace for vulnerability because you think my love for Allah means my boundaries don't exist. People will Test you but, Never confuse kindness with boundaries

Bismillah

Some days I feel like I’m gonna drop dead. anywhere at anytime. And some nights, I feel no one would notice. Yet they don’t know , I’m already dead. I look in the mirror staring into my eyes looking at him that was once genuinely beautiful.

And now I feel nothing because I’ve felt too much. My nervous system is on constant survival having survived emotional violence since I don’t know when. Wallahi I forgive everyone in my life that’s came and gone and taught me lessons along the way. And I can’t yet forgive myself . Some were painful and others weren’t .

My Imaan is low and my heart has been hard for so long. Yet I know in my heart death would be a mercy. I can finally return and meet the One who truly knows what’s going on inside . I know to whoever maybe reading this is knows that my tears are nothing but water to them. Yet I am someone , I am someone who is proud and honoured to be a part of this Ummah. I’ve been the strongest person in every room my entire life . No one knows what that cost. My heart it bleeds in silence, the words are unspoken and my mind can’t compromise.

O Allah make the remainder of my days the best, take me away from everything that takes me away from You. O Allah i ask you for a good ending.

Ameen

Imagine this:

Rabia is swimming in the ocean. Suddenly, a massive shark bites her deep in the leg.

The water instantly turns red with blood. Rabia is in excruciating pain, and the area is now incredibly dangerous.

Normal instinct says: “GET OUT OF THE WATER. GET TO SAFETY. HEAL NOW!!.”
But Rabia doesn't do that.

Instead she actually chases the shark. She is swimming furiously through her own bloody water just to catch up to the beast that deceived her.
She grabs him, crying, and begs:
"Please, tell me why you did that? I need answers! Can you promise me you’ll never do it again? You have to promise me! My life has absolutely no meaning without you!"

let me ask you sis and bros:
Why do we laugh at Rabia's story, but then live it every single day in our relationships?
We stay in "bloody water" with partners who consistently disrespect, hurt, and betray us. And instead of getting out to safety and heal, we chase them down amd give them more reasons to do it again and again.
Why ???
