Sometimes we don’t have many options. We can only choose as wisely as we can.

Inner healing is gently learning to live again after being deeply hurt. It means reminding yourself that the abuse was never your fault, giving yourself permission to feel and grieve, rebuilding your sense of worth, and slowly learning to trust yourself again. It means reclaiming your boundaries, your body, your voice, and your choices, while learning that love should feel safe, respectful, and kind. Healing takes time, but little by little, you can move from simply surviving to finding peace, hope, and a life where you feel safe to be yourself.

Crying alone because you can’t tell your family what is really going on in your life is a different kind of pain...#staystrong #nevergiveup #sick

Assalamualaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barahkatuh
To believe in Qadar is to hold the strongest anchor a heart can know. It does not make us careless — it makes us brave.
When we know Allah has written every moment, we fear no one but Him. What passed us by was never meant for us; what reached us could not have been avoided. Patience carries us through, and Allah’s promise holds true: with every hardship comes ease, and after every trial comes relief.
This is not wishful thinking — it is the surest truth. Align your heart with Allah’s Decree, walk forward with courage, and let peace replace worry. For the One who ordains all things is also the One who loves, sustains, and guides. 🤲✨
