Love is not blind or beutiful responsibility is
Humans and their
terrible habit of carrying
oceans inside their heart,
yet fearing
they’ll die of thirst in the
hands of those who
could not even hold sand.

It’s strange how quickly someone can transition from asking about your entire life to acting like you never existed in theirs. People love the initial warmth, the depth of late-night conversations, and the comfort you provide when they feel hollow. But the moment their season passes or staying requires genuine effort, they simply pack up and leave. I’ve realized not everyone who enters your life is looking for connection—some are just looking for shelter until their own storm clears🧿

The Things We Never Say Out Loud
There are things about us that we never say out loud.
The real reason we smiled that day. The thing that hurt us, but we laughed about it anyway. The prayer we keep making. The person we forgave without telling anyone. The fear we carried while saying, “I am fine.”
People know our names. Some know our stories. But nobody knows everything.
There are thoughts we keep to ourselves. Feelings we cannot explain properly. Duaa we make when nobody is around. Things we are still trying to understand about ourselves.
And I think there is something comforting about knowing Allah already knows.
We do not have to find the perfect words. We do not have to explain why we went quiet. We do not have to prove that something hurt.
He knows.
He knows what we meant when we could not explain ourselves. He knows what was behind the smile. He knows the prayers we have repeated for years.
We can be surrounded by people and still have parts of ourselves that nobody knows.
But with Allah, nothing about us is hidden.
And there is peace in that.
To be completely known, without having to explain yourself.
