Happily zoning out 🫶🏻

Reality

I sat beside an empty well,
pouring water into its depths

It spoke endlessly of thirst,
never once noticing the rain

A furry hug, a gentle purr,
A world of peace in every fur.
Curled up close, no need to speak,
Their little paws make my heart weak.
Through every storm, through every day,
Their love chases the blues away.
No grand romance, no fancy art,
Just cuddling cats and a happy heart.

Our hands intertwined,
Through the quiet and through the storms.

Do you mind ? I certainly don't 😊
Even if I tried, I sure can, but you won't 🤔
You need to, coz I tried to make you understand 🫶
I hope it is, if it is, an opportunity or a chance 🙂
Throughout the rain, my pain my thougts gather💨
