What exactly is the dark web? Is it real, or is it just an internet myth created to scare people ❓

Does the dark web actually exist? And are there really people in this world who enjoy watching horrific content such as torture and brutal murder videos 😔

If it is real, then how can we stop these people? More importantly, how can we identify and protect our society from such monsters 💔
