Assalamu alaikum everyone. I’m considering going back to school to become an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), and I’d love to hear from anyone here who works in nursing or healthcare.
What has your experience been like as an LPN? Is it a career you would recommend in terms of pay, schedule flexibility, and opportunities to grow?
I’m also curious about the Islamic perspective. How does working as a nurse fit with Islam, especially when caring for patients of the opposite *** or dealing with situations where physical contact may be necessary for medical care?
