Long distance relationships have become more common because of work, education, and travel. Some people believe that love can survive any distance if there is trust, commitment, and good communication. Others think that being far apart makes relationships difficult because couples cannot spend enough time together and may face misunderstandings.
In my opinion, a long-distance relationship can be successful if both partners are honest, patient, and willing to make an effort. Technology such as video calls and messaging helps couples stay connected, but it cannot completely replace spending time together in person. Therefore, both partners should have a clear plan for their future and regularly support each other.

Do you think long-distance relationships can be successful? Why or why not?

Urgent – Request for Help & Du'a 🤲

IF ANYONE HAS LOCAL CONTACTS IN UTAH NEAR THE AREA WE NEED SOMEONE TO GO AND FIND OUT THE CURRENT STATUS AS THEY DONT HAVE ANY IMMEDIATE FAMILY IN THE AREA

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un.

A Muslim family from Fremont, CA (Bay Area) was in a fatal car accident in Utah. Tragically, the mother and children have passed away. The father, Br. Naveed Shaik, survived Alhamdulilah and is currently in the ICU at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City.

His youngest dauther is Qhadijah is in another hospital , Primary childrens hospital.

His LinkedIn profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/naveed-shaik-ph-d-b8809812

How you can help:

1️⃣ Utah contacts: If you know anyone in the Salt Lake City area — family, friends, masjid communities (e.g., Khadeeja Masjid / Islamic Society of Greater Salt Lake) — who can visit the brother, coordinate with the hospital, or assist on the ground, please reach out.

2️⃣ Janazah & logistics: Help may be needed with janazah arrangements and transporting the deceased back to California, insha'Allah.

3️⃣ Du'a: Please make du'a for the deceased — may Allah grant them the highest ranks of Jannah — and for the complete recovery (shifa) of the brother in the ICU.

If you have any contacts in Utah or can help in any way, please contact the hospital.

Jazakum Allahu khayran. Please forward to your networks and local masjid groups.
