Hi
@Zina45149
Should I just give up on love in this generation? Maybe K-dramas and romance books have ruined my expectations, or maybe I’m just attracting freaks on this app. Like, is genuine love really that rare or am I looking in the wrong places 🙂

The Canadian Muslim Healthcare Network (CMHN)’s Ottawa team is pleased to share our recommendations for the upcoming Ottawa Municipal Elections 🏛️. These endorsements follow extensive consultations with Ottawa community leaders, review of online material, questionnaires and individual meetings with candidates 🤝.
CMHN, as an advocacy group for Muslims coast to coast, has previously recommended candidates in provincial and federal elections, as well as leadership races for various federal parties. The work at the municipal level is much more labor intensive as there are many more wards and many more candidates 🏙️.
Candidates were evaluated based on their skill sets, past achievements, and proposed policies for the city 📊. Based on this comprehensive assessment, CMHN recommends the following candidates:
Mayor of Ottawa: Neil Saravanamuttoo
*Councillor for Ward 3 (Barrhaven West): Donna Blackburn
*Councillor for Ward 6 (Stittsville): Chelsea Walton
*Councillor for Ward 9 (Knoxdale-Merivale): Sean Devine
*Councillor for Ward 10 (Gloucester-Southgate): Ahmed Rashid
*Councillor for Ward 23 (Kanata South): Erin Coffin
*Councillor for Ward 24 (Barrhaven East): Yoosaf Melparamba

To all the single brothers and sisters out here, before you rush into marriage, ask yourself one serious question: Why do I really want to get married? 🤔😂
Is it for physical needs, emotional support, companionship, partnership, or those other reasons we all know but don't want to mention? 😂
The truth is, many people get married for the wrong reasons, and when their expectations are not met, that's when the problems begin.
Marriage is not a joke! It's a very deep commitment that should never be taken lightly. If you marry for the wrong reasons, you might just be signing up for a lifetime of stress, frustration, and unnecessary drama. 😂
And let me tell you something, especially for those of us living here in Canada 🇨🇦: Your wife is not just your wife; she is your best friend, your partner, and your everyday companion. Believe me when I say this! She's the person you'll spend most of your time with.
Now imagine marrying someone for the wrong reasons, only to realize that this is the person you'll be spending your evenings, weekends, and those long, freezing Canadian winters with! 🥶😂 And when the snow starts falling, there's nowhere to run! 🤣
So before you rush into Nikah, make sure you understand WHY you want to get married. Marriage is not just about making things halal; it's about building a life with someone you can find peace, happiness, and comfort with.
Because trust me, if you choose wrongly, even the Canadian winter might feel warmer than your own living room! 😂🤣
May Allah grant us spouses who bring peace, love, and barakah into our lives. Ameen! 🤲❤️
