What I want

Someone who:

• -loves animals and want to be a father of cute male cat called Mickey.
• -Enjoy being full provider and protector( and firsly from yourself).
• -At least prays 5 times a day, doesn’t drink, and doesn’t smoke.
• -Does not believe in having more than one wife, whatever my condition is ( including sickness).
  Adam had Hawwa only — and they were the first humans on earth.
• -Believes in sharing opinions and choosing the best one, whether it’s his opinion or mine.

• -Uses obedience as the very, very, very last card, not as a principle for daily married life.
  “ولهن مثل الذي عليهن بالمعروف”
• -Wants his wife to have a life outside marriage too, whether through work, volunteering, learning, or other meaningful activities.
• -Can say “I’m sorry” even when he is pretty sure he didn’t do anything wrong.
• -Doesn’t feel any shame about helping with the household.
  “كان يكون في مِهْنَةِ أهله، فإذا حضرت الصلاة خرج إلى الصلاة”.
• -Can imagine the kitchen being full of all family members, including the kids, preparing a meal together and sharing the work ( I want to raise my kids like that).
• -someone who is independent of his family since long time ago.

What I can give you

1. -Loyalty in ease and hardship, and in health and sickness.
2. -Divorce is outside my equation as long as both of us are genuinely trying to find ways to stay together and find middle-ground solutions.
3. -Someone who always tries to become better every day, in all aspects of life.
4. -Someone who accepts you as you are, while also pushing you outside your comfort zone — but only one or two degrees at a time.
5. -Someone who self-reflects every day and constantly searches for balance in every aspect of life.
6. -Someone who can lead when you are sick, and only when you are sick.
7. -Someone who is strong enough to raise strong religious children who can contribute to the Muslim Ummah.

Sometimes, a song can take you back to someone who has been gone for a long time.
